Enameled dishes are long-lasting, resistant to chemical influences and wear, easy to maintain. The enamel coating has a smooth stable surface of non-porous fused glass, which prevents bacteria from lingering on it and enables easy cleaning and maintenance of the bowl. It can be used for preparing, storing and serving food, as it is one of the healthiest for contact with food. It requires less fat than cooking in other metal dishes due to the structure of the enamel, which is smooth, so the food is less likely to stick to the bottom of the dish. If the cleaning is regular and correct, the enameled dishes retain their shine and color for a long time.
