Enamelled dishes are long-lasting, resistant to chemical influences and wear, easy to maintain. The enamel coating has a smooth stable surface of non-porous molten glass, which prevents bacteria from remaining on it and enables easy cleaning and maintenance of the container. It can be used for preparing, storing and serving food, because it is one of the healthiest for contact with food. It requires less use of fat than the preparation in another metal dish due to the structure of the enamel, which is smooth, so the food is less sticky to the bottom of the dish. If cleaning is regular and correct, enameled dishes retain their shine and color for a long time.
